Each Player may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk87 reserves the right to close all but one account (at pk87's sole discretion as to which account is retained), to void all wagers placed across duplicate accounts, and to confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. You must notify pk87 of any changes to this information without undue delay by contacting support at [email protected].
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pk87 Account. This responsibility extends to maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with the Account. pk87 strongly recommends that you:
pk87 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. However, where pk87 is notified of suspected unauthorised access, pk87 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation, including temporarily restricting account access.
pk87 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at any time where pk87 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where required by applicable regulation or law, or where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. In the event of account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
All financial transactions on the pk87 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The following provisions govern all financial transactions:
5.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made using the payment methods currently listed in the pk87 cashier, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT. pk87 applies no transaction fees on its side for standard deposit methods. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the Account holder's own name.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible, as a standard anti-money-laundering control. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and are subject to periodic review. pk87 targets the following processing timelines, which are not guaranteed and may be affected by bank processing schedules, KYC status, or exceptional circumstances:
5.3 Verification Requirements. pk87 is required by its regulatory obligations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. Players who have not completed KYC verification will be prompted to do so upon submitting a withdrawal request. pk87 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing AML compliance obligations.
5.4 Suspicious Transactions. pk87 reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of any transaction where pk87 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. In such circumstances, pk87 may be required by law to report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the Player.
All cricket betting, sports wagering, live casino games, slot games, and other gaming products available on the pk87 platform are subject to individual game rules published within the relevant game interface or betting market. The following general provisions apply across all pk87 gaming products:
6.1 Finality of Results. All game outcomes and sporting event results are final once officially confirmed and settled by pk87. pk87 reserves the right to void any wager and return the stake to the Player's Account where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest odds error has occurred.
6.2 Manifest Errors. Where pk87 offers odds or game terms that are clearly and manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error (a "palpable error"), pk87 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. pk87 will not honour winnings derived from palpable errors.
6.3 Cricket & Sports Betting. PSL, international cricket, and all other sports markets are offered subject to pk87's Sportsbook Rules, which govern matters including in-play betting, event postponement, abandonment, result disputes, and void bet conditions. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers.
6.4 Game RNG & Fairness. All RNG-based games (including slot games and RNG table games) use certified random number generation audited by independent third-party laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) for each game is disclosed within the game information panel. pk87 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. pk87 reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits at its discretion for responsible gaming or risk management purposes.

All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with the promotion, which shall be read together with these Terms. The following general bonus provisions apply:
7.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus funds and associated winnings being forfeited.
7.2 Eligibility. 7.3 Bonus Abuse. pk87 actively monitors for and will take action against bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms; and any other conduct that pk87 reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to exploit pk87's promotional offers in bad faith.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk87 platform and will result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation. pk87's determination on prohibited conduct matters is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 15.
All intellectual property on the pk87 platform — including the pk87 brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, data compilations, and all other content — is either owned by pk87 or licensed to pk87 by its content providers and game suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any pk87 intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

pk87's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by pk87's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to pk87's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file with their Account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter Player rights, and updates reflecting changes in applicable law) may be published on the Platform without advance notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact pk87 support to arrange withdrawal of your Account balance and closure of your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk87 is registered and licensed to operate. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising under this Agreement, except as provided in the dispute resolution provisions below.
14.1 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact pk87's support team at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute and the resolution sought. pk87 commits to providing a substantive written response within 5 business days. Many disputes can be resolved promptly at this stage.
14.2 Formal Complaints. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal complaint via pk87's complaints procedure, details of which are available from the pk87 support team. pk87 will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and provide a final determination within 28 calendar days.
14.3 Regulatory Escalation. Where a formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to pk87's licensing regulatory authority. Contact details for the relevant regulatory body are available from pk87 support upon request.
